This confidential conversation is designed to gain a clear understanding of your current situation, leadership challenges, and career objectives. This session also provides an opportunity for you to ask thoughtful questions and assess whether an ongoing coaching engagement aligns with your goals.
On-Demand Support: In addition to confidential coaching sessions, your coach is available seven days a week to provide ongoing support via email, text, and phone. On-Demand Support includes responding to brief questions, receiving timely feedback, and offering encouragement throughout the coaching engagement.
