This confidential conversation is designed to gain a clear understanding of your current situation, leadership challenges, and career objectives. This session also provides an opportunity for you to ask thoughtful questions and assess whether an ongoing coaching engagement aligns with your goals.
On-Demand Support: In addition to scheduled one-hour coaching sessions, your coach is available seven days a week to provide ongoing support via email, text, and phone. This includes responding to brief questions and offering timely feedback, guidance, and encouragement throughout the coaching engagement.

Coaching Sessions: All coaching sessions are one-hour, virtual conversations held via Zoom. Sessions can be scheduled by appointment as needed or booked as part of a multi-session coaching engagement.
